Rubicon Global Company Picnic
Covering the startup trash giant Rubicon Global's July 4th company picnic.
As Michael Jordan once said, ping pong champions are made, not born. And so it was when Standard Code sponsored the Switchyards Downtown Club's inaugural table tennis tournament, with Scott Fuller of Studio Temporary taking home the title.
Switchyards is kicking it off right. They've been open for less than a month and already held an impressive lineup of events. The mayor of Atlanta, Charles Brewer, the infamous Aaron Draplin, and now a beer crawl showcasing Atlanta's most innovative spaces and talent. Impressive to say the least. #StartupCrawlATL #MadeWithSoulinAtlanta
Aaron Draplin - of Draplin Design Co. fame - spent the evening at Atlanta's new Switchyards space sharing passion, process, and the pain of making it. #merch.
Got to love it... A. When the mayor visits your office to learn about startups in the space and... B. When you're asked to photograph it. Check out Switchyards here.
